This allows us time to find the ideal guide for you. If the booking is made on shorter notice, we kindly ask you to contact us directly at info@s-wan.be.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"ea-card sp-ea-single\"><h3 class=\"ea-header\"><a class=\"collapsed\" id=\"ea-header-41172\" role=\"button\" data-sptoggle=\"spcollapse\" data-sptarget=\"#collapse41172\" aria-controls=\"collapse41172\" href=\"#\" aria-expanded=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" role=\"presentation\" class=\"ea-expand-icon eap-icon-ea-expand-plus\"><\/i> How many participants are allowed in a group?<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"sp-collapse spcollapse spcollapse\" id=\"collapse41172\" data-parent=\"#sp-ea-4117\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"ea-header-41172\"> <div class=\"ea-body\"><p>The maximum number of participants for your guided tour is 20. If the maximum is lower than 20, this will be indicated in the tour details on the website. If the number of participants exceeds 20 (or the maximum listed in the tour details), you must book a second (or possibly third, fourth\u2026) guide. Exceptions of up to 24 participants may be possible upon request via info@s-wan.be.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"ea-card sp-ea-single\"><h3 class=\"ea-header\"><a class=\"collapsed\" id=\"ea-header-41173\" role=\"button\" data-sptoggle=\"spcollapse\" data-sptarget=\"#collapse41173\" aria-controls=\"collapse41173\" href=\"#\" aria-expanded=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" role=\"presentation\" class=\"ea-expand-icon eap-icon-ea-expand-plus\"><\/i> How do I pay for my tour?<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"sp-collapse spcollapse spcollapse\" id=\"collapse41173\" data-parent=\"#sp-ea-4117\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"ea-header-41173\"> <div class=\"ea-body\"><p>You can choose from the following payment methods:<\/p><ul><li>If you place your order online via the website (Regiondo), payment is made during the booking process through the online payment portal.<\/li><li>If you make a booking via email, you can pay in cash, by bank transfer, or via invoice.<\/li><\/ul><p>If you do not book through the website (Regiondo), S-wan asks that you confirm your chosen method of payment when making the booking.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"ea-card sp-ea-single\"><h3 class=\"ea-header\"><a class=\"collapsed\" id=\"ea-header-41174\" role=\"button\" data-sptoggle=\"spcollapse\" data-sptarget=\"#collapse41174\" aria-controls=\"collapse41174\" href=\"#\" aria-expanded=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\"><i aria-hidden=\"true\" role=\"presentation\" class=\"ea-expand-icon eap-icon-ea-expand-plus\"><\/i> What are the cancellation and modification terms?<\/a><\/h3><div class=\"sp-collapse spcollapse spcollapse\" id=\"collapse41174\" data-parent=\"#sp-ea-4117\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"ea-header-41174\"> <div class=\"ea-body\"><p>If you need to cancel a booked guided tour, the following terms apply:<\/p><ul><li>In case of cancellation less than 5 days before the scheduled tour, a fixed cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking value will be charged.<\/li><li>For cancellations on the day of the tour itself, or in case of a no-show, the full booking amount (100%) will be charged as a fixed cancellation fee.<\/li><li>If S-wan is unable to carry out the tour due to force majeure, the agreement may be canceled without any compensation being due. Any amount already paid will be fully refunded.<\/li><li>If the customer is unable to attend the tour due to force majeure, any amount already paid will be refunded, minus an administrative fee of 10%.<\/li><\/ul><p>If the customer requests to reschedule the tour (change of date, time, etc.) and S-wan vzw must carry out a rebooking, no cancellation fee will be charged. The tour costs \u20ac100, and the tastings cost \u20ac5 per person.
